The rooms are bright, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated, combining Sintra-inspired elements with modern amenities. They feature private bathrooms, individual climate control, high-speed Wi-Fi, 4K Smart TVs with streaming capabilities, mini-bars, kettles, and espresso machines, as well as premium linens and selected toiletries. Sintra’s identity is reflected in the details, including a photographic triptych created especially for the house by Portuguese artist Filipe Conrado. A breakfast featuring a curated selection of Portuguese and regional products is served every morning. In the afternoon, guests can enjoy the "Afternoon Tasting"—a complimentary sampling of Port wine, pastries, and other local flavors. The house also features a lounge, an outdoor area, a self-service laundry room, and a luggage storage area for use before check-in or after check-out. To offer greater flexibility upon arrival, the property uses an online check-in system and keyless entry via access codes; there is no traditional physical reception desk. After completing online check-in, guests receive an email with the necessary instructions and codes to access the house and their room. Staff members are present daily during set hours and remain available to assist guests throughout their stay. Check-in begins at 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.
